The challenge
The Vulnerability Initiative, a non-profit organisation providing support services to vulnerable individuals, needed a website with advanced functionality to capture and qualify leads for their various programs. They also required support with CRM management, marketing automation and paid advertising to reach their target audience.
The solution
Mr Digital designed and built a custom website with Zoho CRM and Intercom integration. We implemented a custom form with detailed logic to qualify leads for different support services. We also provided ongoing support with CRM management, email and SMS marketing automation and paid advertising across Meta and Google.
